Walkers Plains Camp is a welcoming home with endless views across the plains of Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, creating a place for people to come together and experience a simply exceptional safari destination. Guests have a choice of lovely air-conditioned suites furnished with king-size or twin beds and have en-suite bathrooms fitted with baths, showers and amenities such as linen, bath and swimming towels, hand and body wash, lotion and insect-repellant soaps are provided. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge to guests and is available in the main lounge and the rooms. Anchored by our central, welcoming homestead, the private suites spread out amongst the tree line. The Timbavati Private Nature Reserve is located at the borderline between Hoedspruit and Acornhoek, north of the Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve on the western edge of Kruger National Park. Geographically and politically, Timbavati is located in Mpumalanga Province. Timbavati is famous for the white lions first discovered in the reserve and Sabi Sand is famous for its outstanding leopard sightings. There are plenty of leopards in Timbavati too, but they tend to be a bit shyer and are not sighted as often as in the Sabi Sand.
