Spoelklippie Gastehuis offers comfortable accommodation in the coastal village of Kleinsee on the West Coast of South Africa. Kleinsee is a small, peaceful village just south of Grootmis, at the mouth of the Buffelstiver, and part of the heart of Namakwaland.
Accommodation is offered in 4 guest rooms set inside the main house, and 3 rooms located in a separate flat on the property. Each room contains a double bed or twin single beds, except for one of the rooms in the flat which contains 2 bunk beds and an additional single bed. The rooms have use of shared bathrooms, 2 in the main house and 2 in the flat.
The entire main house, including all 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the kitchen, dining and living area, can be rented out exclusively to 1 group of up to 8 guests on a self-catering basis on request.
The entire flat, including all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and open-plan kitchen and living area, can be rented out exclusively to 1 group of up to 9 guests on a self-catering basis, on request.
Guests will have shared use of two communal fully equipped self-catering kitchens, a dining area with a built-in indoor braai, a lounge area with a flat-screen TV with full package DStv, and an outdoor braai area. The lavish gardens provide a great place for children and dogs to play.
A Wi-Fi internet connection is available at a fee per GB. Guests can bring their well-behaved, friendly pets along by arrangement.

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit. If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit. If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

- Exit the airport on Airport Approach Road, merge onto the N2/Settlers Way and proceed for 8.7 km;

- Use the left 2 lanes to merge onto the N1 towards Paarl and proceed for 2.7 km;
- Use the left 2 lanes to take Exit 10 for Century City Drive/N7 towards Goodwood/Malmesbury and proceed for 1.9 km;
- Keep right, follow the signs for the N1 and proceed for 1.6 km;
- Keep left at the fork to continue on Exit 13A, follow the signs for the N7/Malmesbury, merge onto the N7 and proceed for 35.6 km;
- Keep right to stay on the N7 and proceed for 82.2 km;
- At the roundabout, take the second exit and stay on the N7, proceed for 95.5 km;
- Continue straight to stay on the N7 and proceed for 228 km;
- Turn left at the signboard for Hondeklipbaai/Koiingnaas and proceed for 58.6 km;
