Our Spacious Two-Bedroom Apartment features two queen-size beds, comfortably sleeping up to four guests. It offers air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils, a cosy living and dining area, a large garden and welcoming braai facilities, ideal for entertaining or relaxing outdoors. Choose from our Classic, Comfort or Deluxe Queen Studios, each offering a queen-size bed, air-conditioning, a sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. All rooms include complimentary Wi-Fi and a Smart TV for your entertainment. Modern bathrooms feature showers and fresh towels. The Classic Queen Studio and the 2 Bedroom apartment are the only units with direct garden access, while all the units have convenient braai facilities.
All units are serviced daily and include essentials such as dining tables, safes and a non-smoking environment to enhance your stay.
Dedicated parking is available for each unit.
Check-in is from 15h00, and check-out is by 10h00 to allow time for cleaning and preparation for new guests.Please note that unapproved late check-outs incur a penalty fee, subject to the owner’s discretion.

- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
* The person making the booking assumes responsibility on behalf of the entire group and ensures that everyone is familiar with the content of this document.
* Please treat all other guests with respect.
* Please leave our facilities in the same condition you found them.
* Please keep our premises neat and tidy.
* No excessive noise or loud music at any time, and no music after 18h00.
* Each of our units has a dedicated parking space. Only one vehicle per unit is catered for.
* Please note that unapproved late check-outs will be charged at R150 per hour or portion thereof.
* A deposit of 50% is payable to confirm your booking.
* Balance is payable at least 14 days prior to arrival.
* Quotations are valid for 1 day (24 hours) during which time the 50% deposit should be paid, where after the accommodation will be made available to other guests.
* Unfortunately, no day visitors are allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with the owner.
* We reserve the right to not refund bank costs upon cancellation for credit card bookings, as the bank does not credit initial deduction costs.
