Accommodation at Skukuza Safari Lodge:
The lodge boasts 128 units, including 87 standard rooms, 20 family rooms and 13 universal rooms with easy access for wheelchairs. Our standard rooms offer room either a king-sized bed or two singles and are ideal for both business travellers and leisure clients.
Conference Facilities:
The Nombolo Mdhluli Conference Centre caters for any and all conference, event or meeting requirements. It presents event planners with a unique opportunity for a relaxed conferencing atmosphere with its own ambiance. This state of the art facility which consists of the main hall and four breakaway rooms offers facilities for up to 500 people. It is set in the heart of Skukuza Rest Camp, within walking distance of the Skukuza Safari Lodge. It presents a unique opportunity for a relaxed conferencing atmosphere with its own ambiance.
The Main Hall and the four breakaway rooms are named after the Big 5. The breakaway rooms are all the same size and two of the rooms can be joined together and used as one venue.
Dining at Skukuza Safari Lodge:
The Amukelekani Restaurant is situated in the Skukuza Safari Lodge and will offer scrumptious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Both a-la-carte and buffet options will be available.
Bush Braais - This unforgettable experience is not to be missed. A game drive leads you to an open area filled with burning lanterns and fires where, whilst listening to the sounds of the bush veld and the distant animals calling, the food is grilled on open fires. A variety of game meat is on offer, together with delicious vegetables and a variety of salads. Freshly prepared desserts and coffee or tea complete a wonderful evening.

There are numerous transport options available to guests for travel to and from Skukuza Rest Camp in the Kruger National Park.
Air Travel
Airlink operates daily scheduled flights between Johannesburg and Cape Town to the Skukuza Airport, located a short distance from the Skukuza Rest Camp.
Car Rental
Avis is the car hire service provider at Skukuza airport providing car hire and point 2 point shuttle service between Skukuza Airport and Skukuza Main Camp.
Self-Drive
The main roads in the Kruger National Park (between the Gates and Camps) are tarred, allowing for a comfortable self-drive experience. The closest gate to Skukuza Rest Camp is the Paul Kruger Gate, situated 12 km from the camp.
The Skukuza Golf Course is situated on the outskirts of Skukuza Rest Camp. The rich wildlife sanctuary surrounding the golf course is home to the Big 5, a huge variety of birds and countless animals, which all conspire to provide the visitor with a harmonious close-to-nature golfing experience.

In addition to the full cancellation of a reservation, any amendment to an existing reservation, which results in the value of the revised reservation being less than the original value, could result in cancellation fees being levied, according to the following schedule:
- No cancellation fees will be incurred for cancellations or changes 46 days or more prior to arrival;
- Cancellations fees of 50% of the total reservation is payable for cancellations and changes received between 45 and 30 days prior to arrival;
- A 100% cancellation fee is payable for cancellations received within 29 days of arrival;
- A 100% cancellation fee is payable for non-arrivals (no-shows).
If the arrival date of the itinerary is postponed prior to or on date of arrival and then cancelled at a later stage, the fees that applied at the time of amendment will be enforced if the amount is greater than the new cancellation fees.
Modification and cancellation charges may be levied on any other reservations amended or cancelled online, irrespective of the channel through which the reservations were originally made, and subject to the terms and conditions.
- Conservation levy is always excluded from the booking amount and needs to be settled on arrival.
