Please no cigarette butts in plants/pots, etc. If caught smoking in the building or any rooms, a R500.00 penalty fee will be charged, and you will be asked to leave the property without any refund on your stay.
* Please consider fellow guests and neighbours and keep the noise levels down. For group bookings, we take a R1000 deposit for any broken items or other nuisance caused.
* We have car parking available. Jackaroo Park is a safe area, but we always advise guests to take all their valuables out of their cars. Ramandire bed and breakfast is not responsible for any loss, damage, break-ins, or fines related to the cars of guests.
* Eating in the bedrooms is not allowed.
* We have a shared kitchen that should be cleaned after using it.
* Ramandire bed and breakfast is not responsible for any damages, loss or stolen personal belongings.
* Please remember that settlement for a stay at Ramandire bed and breakfast is on a strictly “cash only” basis, unless a full 100% upfront payment is made before check-in via EFT.
* Please refrain from hanging towels and clothing over the beds. Hooks have been provided.
* We do not allow our own washing in, for instance, bathroom wash basins and hanging of washing around in the garden. Drying beach towels, bikinis, etc., is possible on the washing line, situated on the side of the house. If washing and ironing are required, we offer paid laundry service.
* Ramandire bed and breakfast is not responsible for loss or damage to clothes. If colours require separate washing, please ask the Ramandire bed and breakfast staff and hand in the separated items.
* Own ironing (on beds) is not allowed.
* Ramandire bed and breakfast provides free Wi-Fi.
* At the moment, we have water restrictions. We therefore ask all our guests to take this into consideration and not let taps run unnecessarily and not take too many or long showers.
* In an effort to conserve resources, we do not offer clean towels daily, but rather on guest request. When you would like your towels to be replaced, please put them on the shower floor.
* A fine of R 100 will be charged for any keys lost.
