- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit. - If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit. - If cancelling 28 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

* Cardholder, ID/Passport is required at check-in. * Credit card used for the online deposit must be present at check-in.

* Check-in time is from 10h00 and Check-out time by 10h00.
* A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation booking is required to confirm all direct reservations.
The full balance must be paid on arrival.

We are situated left of (next door to) Sanbonani Holiday Resort.
>From Johannesburg / Pretoria travel on the N4 towards Nelspruit, then White River and take the R40 towards Hazyview.
Drive into the town of Hazyview and take a right at Portia Shabangu Drive (Same road which goes to the Kruger gate).
Continue straight through the traffic circle, straight over the 3 way stop, continue on qt the traffic circle at Kruger Park Lodge and again straight over the 4 way stop and turn left at Tarentaal Avenue, before the bridge, follow SANBONANI HOTEL signs all the way to their entrance gate.
Just before Sanbonani entrance gate, turn left on a dirt road for about 100m to our gate. Dail one of the numbers on the gate and we will open for you.
>From the Kruger Gate / Phabeni Gate continue on towards Hazyview fot approximately 12km. After the bridge, turn right into Tarentaal Avenue and right again into Stormvoel Avenue. Then follow the above directions.
