Inverdoorn Game Reserve is located in a malaria-free zone, two and half hours from Cape Town. Spanning across 10 000 hectares in the Ceres Karoo, the game reserve is home to an abundance of wildlife, including zebras, hippos, giraffes, cheetahs, various antelope and bird species, and the Big 5. Situated on-site is a renowned cheetah rescue and rehabilitation centre, Western Cape Cheetah Conservation.

Follow the Route R46 from Ceres or follow Route R46 from the National Highway N1.
Continue on the Route R356 for 19 kilometers and turn left into Inverdoorn Game Reserve.
