Crocodile Kruger Safari Lodge is a very nice place to stay because of the small scale of the lodge. The dinner that is served every day at 7 at the pool site is fantastic, esp the deserts. There are no real dangerous animals in Marloth Park, but you have enough opportunity to see a lot of game from pretty close. we ended up in the middle of the biggest herd of giraffe I have ever seen, very beautiful. A little downside, prepare for a lot of bugs (this was December) and a scorpion now and then.
