Cancellation Policy:
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total. If cancelling 90 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.
Terms and Conditions
* Check-in: 15h00 to 19h00.
* Check-out: 9.00am.
* Please note that check-in is at the Field security office; the property will reach out to guests with further information regarding check-in procedures before arrival.
* If your booking is made within 48 hours of arrival, please note that only Instant EFT payments will be accepted. Should the payment not reflect in our account by the time you arrive, a full payment card will be required before access to the unit can be granted. Once the original payment has cleared in our account, the duplicate payment will be refunded accordingly.
* If guests choose to pay the deposit via EFT (electronic transfer), the payment must be completed within 12 hours of booking confirmation. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the booking.
* Please note that a refundable breakage deposit of R2000 per stay is required before arrival. The property will contact you before check-in with payment instructions via a PayStack payment link or EFT.
* We reserve the right to not refund bank costs upon cancellation for credit card bookings, as the bank does not credit initial deduction costs.
* No loud noise, parties or disruptive behaviour are permitted. Bushveld Villa reserves the right of admission. Guests who fail to comply with the property's rules and Marloth Park regulations may be asked to leave the premises, and any applicable fines or penalties will be charged to the guest.
* No pets are allowed within Marloth Park.
* No smoking indoors; ashtrays are available for outdoor spaces.
* Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of their children at all times. Children are accommodated at the applicable occupancy rates. Please note that no extra beds, cots or additional children's equipment are provided.
* Housekeeping is provided based on the length of your stay. Should you prefer not to receive servicing, please notify the property by 20h00 on the day before the scheduled service.
* Swimming Pool: please note that the swimming pool is unfenced. Guests use the pool area at their own risk, and parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. The swimming pool is heated for your convenience.
* Drones: local laws prohibit the use of drones.
* Fire Safety: Please exercise caution when using fire sources, including the braai and cigarettes, particularly during the dry season. Dispose of cigarette butts responsibly, never leave fires unattended, and only light fires in the designated braai area. Firewood collection is strictly prohibited. Children must not light or supervise fires. Fire extinguishers are provided for your safety.
* Hunting and Shooting: Hunting, shooting and the removal of any natural materials, including plants, rocks, bones and firewood, are strictly prohibited within Marloth Park. Please help preserve the natural environment by leaving it undisturbed.
* Guests are required to comply with all Marloth Park access control procedures, speed limits and park regulations during their stay. Bushveld Villa accepts no liability for penalties incurred as a result of non-compliance.

Insurance Recommendation
* We strongly advise all guests to obtain travel insurance that covers cancellations and unexpected events during their stay. Bushveld Villa will not be responsible for any damages or losses not covered by our insurance.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
* These terms and conditions are governed by South African law. In case of any disputes or legal matters arising from your booking, the courts in Mpumalanga, South Africa, will have jurisdiction. Guests agree that all legal proceedings will adhere to South African law.
Directions:
Directions from Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport:
1. Exit the airport and follow the R538 towards Mbombela (Nelspruit).
2. Join the N4 East towards Malelane and Komatipoort.
3. Continue past Malelane for approximately 35 km.
4. Ignore the first Marloth Park entrance (gravel road).
5. Take the second Marloth Park/Tenbosch Road turn-off to the left.
6. Continue for approximately 9 km to the Marloth Park entrance gate and sign in with security.
7. From the gate, follow Olifant Drive, then turn right onto Renoster Road and follow for approximately 1km and, then turn right into Geelslang Road.
8. Continue along Geelslang Road until you reach Bushveld Villa, 1909 Geelslang Road on your right. There is a large walled sign on your right-hand side. The villa is recognised by the branding and is recognised by brown facebrick.
