We revisited this guest house after many years. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and supplied our needs. We eat there on two nights and the meals were wonderful as were the breakfasts. Jeahnne and Tom were extremely friendly and helpful to us. We felt that certain things could be improved with some updates but overall a very nice experience and the evening meals were the highlight.
The establishment was nice and the service was good. But I must admit that we expected more for our money. Unfortunately we had cash stolen out of our wallets when we went for breakfast which has tainted our opinion of the place. We assumed that a security gate and locked door would be safe enough for us to leave our valuables in the room while we went to breakfast, but obviously we were wrong.
Beautiful gardens, lovely accommodation and friendly people working there. We enjoyed our stay.
