Be Still and Know is a charming Victorian-style house built in the 1900s, offering self-catering accommodation in the heart of Darling.  The property is an easy drive from the West Coast and major attractions in the region.

The house comprises 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 8 guests at a time.  Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet.  The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, microwave, toaster, and kettle.  The dining room features an 8-seater dining table, and the lounge offers a comfortable seating area, a TV, and an additional dining table that seats 8 people.

The house boasts an outdoor entertainment area with built-in braai/BBQ facilities and ample seating. In the garden, guests will find a swimming pool with sun loungers where guests can unwind.

Darling is renowned for its wine, olives, local meat market, brewery, orchids, flower season, festivals, mountain biking, and markets, making it an excellent base to explore the area’s many attractions.

Darling is a small town situated in the west coast region of the Western Cape. Located about 75km from Cape Town, the sleepy village of Darling is characterised by rolling vineyards, golden wheat fields, and a colourful patchwork of seasonal wildflowers. Nature lovers will be in their element. The town is traditionally known for its beautiful wildflowers and has hosted the annual Darling Wildflower show since 1917; attracting tourists from all over.
