Placed on the banks of the Sabi River, right between the mighty Kruger National Park and the forests and waterfalls of the historic edge of the highveld escarpment, Hazyview is cooler in summer then the lower thornveld area, and its higher reaches are malaria free.
You could quite easily fill your days either exploring the Kruger or opt for halcyon days of touring along the scenic Drakensberg Foothills, stopping off at places like Sabi, Graskop, or the old gold rush village of Pilgrims Rest.Then carrying on to Gods Window, Bourke's Luck, Blyde River Canyon, or any of the many waterfalls in the region.

A very nice place, nice rooms, nice garden, pool, great views. Very friendly and helpful hosts. We stayed there for four nights and enjoyed it very much.
