The holiday home has been beautifully decorated with quality linen, furniture and artwork and enjoys possibly the best views in Darling - over rolling hills and farmlands to the distant mountains. Aloe Cottage is the perfect romantic getaway for couples as well as for weekends away with friends or family holidays. The cottage is also ideal for corporate accommodation when working in the Darling area.

*Three en-suite bedrooms provide accommodation for up to 6 guests. *Downstairs comprises two bedrooms (one with a queen-sized bed, one with twin beds) both luxuriously en-suite, with an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with fireplace, leading via French doors to a large, sheltered verandah with built-in braai. *Stairs from the dining area lead to the spacious loft with another sitting area. The loft has a queen-sized bed and free-standing Victorian bath, with a separate loo and basin. The loft has a small balcony with panoramic views and guests can even star-gaze from bed

If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.

Over 60 days prior to arrival ? full refund. 30 to 60 days prior to arrival ? 50% of full accommodation account will be levied. Less than 30 days prior to arrival ? full accommodation account will be levied. We received online bookings around the clock but we regret that we cannot take same day bookings. Liability: Aloe Cottage, its owners and staff, accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury, howsoever caused. Damages: I hereby agree to pay for any loss or damage to the premises including the contents thereof at full replacement value following any damage thereto during the period of this lease. It is a condition of this lease that when the premises are unoccupied, the alarm system must be activated and the premises are securely locked.

On Google Maps, search for "Aloe Cottage, Darling" DIRECTIONS FROM CAPE TOWN: Route 1) Take the R27 (West Coast Road) Soon after Koeberg, turn right at the Atlantis turn-off Continue for about 10 or 15 km and at the T-junction turn left towards Darling. Pass the town of Mamre and continue until you reach Darling [The house is in a small development which are the very first houses you'll see coming into Darling, on the left-hand side - white with green roofs.] Turn first left at the Darling Renosterveld Reserve sign. Turn 2nd left into Ixia St At the end of Ixia is the entrance to the development. Drive in and turn left at the T-junction The house has gravel in front with 2 fever trees and a set of steps leading up to the front door. Route 2) On the N7 go past the Melkbosstrand, Atlantis and Philadelphia turn-offs. Carry on and take the Malmesbury off-ramp. At the yield sign at the bottom of the off-ramp turn right towards Darling. Continue all the way along this road until you reach a T-junction (approx 25 minutes). Turn right at the T-junction.
