Umbrella Tree House is a delightful little self-contained Bed and Breakfast. In close proximity to all the major attractions and business areas, this is the perfect spot for holidaymakers and businessmen. B&B or self-catering option. Umbrella Tree House is situated in the heart of the Umhlanga suburbs. The B&B is on a private property but completely separate from the owner’s residence, with it’s own entrance and outdoor area.

We have 3 double rooms, each with a balcony overlooking the Indian Ocean. All rooms are en-suite with shower and bath. There is a TV in each room with 25 DStv satellite channels. Each room has air-conditioning and a ceiling fan.

From airport take N2 South, take the Umhlanga/Mount Edgecombe offramp and turn left. If travelling from South Coast or Johannesburg take the N2 North, take the Umhlanga/Mount Edgecombe offramp and turn right to go over the highway. Go under the white arched Millennium Bridge, take next offramp to Umhlanga Rocks Drive. Turn left. Go straight through two traffic circles. Pass Sharks Board on your left, then take first right into Royal Palm (white tiled wall), first left into Windsor, first right into Pearl. Down to T-junction which is Hilken Drive. Opposite the stop are two gates. We are the left hand gate, sign outside for Umbrella Tree House Travelling North on the M4 take the Umhlanga offramp, turn left (church on left). At first traffic light (entrance to Umhlanga Manors on left) turn right into Westridge, follow road to the right. Down to T-junction, turn left into Hilken, follow road to right again, past shops, we are on right hand side. See sign on pavement for Umbrella Tree House.
