If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the booking total. If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total. If cancelling 90 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.

Payment will need to be made within 24 HOURS to secure the booking following which management reserves the right to accept other bookings for the accommodation if no payment has been received in time.
