Cancellation Policy:
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 28 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit. If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit. If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

Self check-in:
- Keys & gate remote are in the lockbox (code: 184E, turn dial clockwise to open; anticlockwise to close).
- Keys are labelled with your suite name, and units are well signposted.
- You can park anywhere, our friendly dog, Reacher, may greet you.
- If you need help, ring the bell or call us (numbers on the gate).
Finding us:
- On Rheenendal Road, 7.5 km from the N2 turn-off (left-hand side).

Braai:
- Private deck braai = charcoal only (fire safety).
- Wood braai available in the front garden.
Housekeeping:
- Self-catering only, no daily service.
- Let us know if you need towels, bins, or anything else.
Wi-Fi:
- Rural area = slow/unreliable at times, especially in peak season or bad weather.
Balances: need to be settled no later than 14 days before arrival by EFT or Credit Card using the link emailed to you.
We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.

Take the N2 out of Knysna towards George.
Proceed over the bridge crossing the Knysna River and up the hill.
Turn right at the sign to Rheenendal (approximately 7km from Knysna centre)
Proceed 7.5km from the N2 turn off, on the road to Rheenendal.
Woodlands is on the left clearly signposted.
Directions from George:
Take the N2 out of George towards Knysna.
Pass through Sedgefield.
Proceed past the turnoff to Buffelsbaai and up the hill.
Turn left at the sign to Rheenendal (approximately 3km from Buffelsbaai turnoff)
Proceed 7.5km from the N2 turn off, on the road to Rheenendal.
