At the heart of the reserve is The Luxury Holiday Home, an upmarket, exclusive-use retreat perched high on the mountain with breathtaking views across the farm. The home features four premium en-suite bedrooms arranged across two wings. Each wing includes a spacious main bedroom with a king-size bed and an elegant open-plan en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath, separate shower and toilet, as well as a second king bedroom with an open-plan bathroom and shower. All bedrooms are fitted with evaporative coolers, quality linen and towels, and the main bedrooms open onto a south-facing patio overlooking the property. The expansive open-plan kitchen and dining area is ideal for relaxed entertaining and includes a cosy fireplace. This flows into a stylish lounge with a smart TV and DStv. The main living space also features a snooker table, built-in braai, serving counter, bar fridge, ice machine and a guest bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. Outdoor living is a highlight, with a spacious patio offering a heated swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas and comfortable seating, all positioned to take in uninterrupted panoramic views. Due to the mountainous terrain, guests staying at the Luxury Holiday Home and 2 Bedroom Chalets are required to have a 4x4 vehicle to access the mountain road. Guests without a 4x4 may park at reception and will be transferred, along with their luggage, by game viewer. For safety reasons, guests are not permitted to drive around the farm in their own private vehicles. A complimentary game drive is included for guests staying at the Luxury Holiday Home, while guests at the 2 Bedroom Chalets and Exclusive Dam Camp Chalets may book game drives at an additional cost per person. This ensures all guests can enjoy guided wildlife encounters while preserving the integrity and safety of the reserve.
