We are a 5-minute walk to the beach and views of the beautiful mountains form part of our charm. Close to a few shopping centers and numerous quaint little restaurants. The Main House is occupied by the owners who manage the property. The Yard offers ample safe parking behind locked gates.
Please make prior arrangements if bringing a trailer or your pets. The Yard can accommodate groups of up to 12 people. Groups must have a minimum stay of 2 nights and will cater for themselves from The Cottage. Please Note that there are NO TV’s at The Yard. We encourage family bonding time and getting to know each other and the beautiful surroundings better.

The Cottage is a self-catering unit with 2 beds with a lovely outside barbecue area. Has a Super King Size bed and sleeper couch and can sleep up to 4 people. BITS is a bedroom with an on-suite bathroom. Has a double bed and sleeps 2 people. Katze is a dormitory and has 4 bunkbeds. Room Only. The Vine is a bedroom with an on-suite bathroom. Entrance is on a spacious veranda. Has 2 single beds and sleeps 2 people.
We live in a peaceful, friendly part of Gordon’s Bay where neighbours actually greets each other by name. Out home is 5min walk from the main beach and restaurants. The house is close to 2 small shopping centres where you will find almost everything you need. We are not on a main road so fortunately there is not a lot of traffic.

- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
EFT Payment needs to be made within 24hours. Then only the booking will be confirmed. If the payment has not been made in time, the booking will be deleted.

Take the N2 from Cape Town International towards Somerset West. Driving through Somerset West and Strand, turn right on the R165 onto the Sir Lowry’s pass Road. Turn right at the red light into Dennehof Road. Then take the first left into Roos Street. We are the second house on the left, just past the rugby field. Please give us a call upon arrival so that we can open The Yard gate and welcome you in.
Children aged between 0 and 2 stay free. Children aged between 3 and 18 pay 100% of the sliding scale rate.
