If cancelling 9 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 10 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.

Check-in time is from 14h00 to 18h00 unless otherwise arranged. If your arrival will be later, then please advise us on the date of your arrival. Check-out time is from 6am until 11h00 on the morning of your departure. (Should you need to depart earlier, then please arrange in advance with reception). Kids under 10 stay free if sharing a room with 2 Adults. Regrettably no pets are allowed. Credit Card facilities are available at reception to settle your account before departure. Directions from East London Airport From the robot at East London Airport, continue on that road into the centre of town where you will come across a traffic circle at the bottom of Oxford Street - go around the circle and continue straight. Pass two robots excluding the robot on front of the fire station and when you come to a stop street yield sign, turn left and follow the N2 sign. On the N2, take the exit off-ramp to GONUBIE and at the stop street, turn right onto Gonubie main road (it passes under the bridge). Drive down Gonubie main road (11km) until you come to a parking lot right on the sea front with a Hotel on the right and follow the road as it bends to the right. From this point, the second road to the right is Witthaus Street. Drive up Witthaus Street and at the top of the street you will see our entrance on the left hand side. (We usually fly four flags at the entrance).
