Guests have access to five swimming pools.
- The first pool is located at the entrance of the Bannockburn blocks. Private and secluded with sun loungers and 3 water features cascading into the pool, the Carradale pool is a study in tranquility.
- The second swimming pool is located at the entrance of the Ellesmere and Faulconie blocks. Bordering the waters of the canal, the smaller pool is adjacent to the Canal.
- The third swimming pool is located on the 3rd level between the Juliette C and Kylemore A blocks, boasting breathtaking views of Table Mountain and Signal Hill.
- The fourth swimming pool is located on the 3rd level between the Kylemore C and Lawhill blocks. Overlooking the One & Only Resort and island with villas.
- The fifth swimming pool is a lap pool located on the roof of the Quaterdeck gym, with spectacular views of the marina yacht basin. Please note that a fee is applicable for the use of this swimming pool.
The Quarterdeck gym is centrally located. The facilities in the Quarterdeck gym include, state-of-the-art gym equipment including 2 tread mills, bicycles, rowing machines and more. There cant be a better way to exercise than sitting on the rowing machine on the terrace, facing the splendid beauty of the marina.
The lap pool above the gym is a favourite with guests and is beautifully located, offering stunning views of the marina. Personal gym instructors are available by appointment and our concierge will gladly make this booking for you.
The gym is open from 07h00 to 20h00 seven days a week including public holidays. All gym access is inclusive on all rates, which will allow guests access to the gym as well as the lap pool above the gym.

Our reception area has been set up with a complimentary wireless internet service. We also have two computers that our guests can make use of. Internet speed is adequate for downloading e-mails, internet banking and social networking (Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, blogging, etc.). Slow internet speeds may occur when downloading multi-media files or using Skype.
We strive to provide our guests with a quality service, however by international standard, the internet in South Africa is unfortunately not as fast.

Guests are offered the facility of underground parking and all apartments have at least one parking bay allocated to them.
Spa at The Bay Hotel
The Bay Hotel spa features 3 specialised treatment rooms, including a wet room, couples massage room, facial and manicure room and an aesthetic medicine room.
In-room massages are available by arrangement as well as a "Bath Delight" package, entailing a massage and preparing your bath to create a relaxing and romantic atmosphere. Treatments range from water therapy to various massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, tints and waxing.
Spa at Camps Bay Retreat
Camps Bay Retreat is tucked away in the crook of a wind-free glen running between Lions Head and Table Mountain. The estate comprises four acres of private land with waterfalls, mountain streams, pools, a private tennis court, sauna, fitness centre and nature trails.

Exit Airport Direction N2 Cape Town, and as you approach the city, follow the N2 CITY, FORESHORE, SEA POINT signage
Follow N2 Stad/City signs until you arrive at a large intersection with several sets of traffic lights (Coen Steytler Avenue) The CTICC is on left hand side (+- 22 kms) and the V&A Waterfront on your right hand side.
Turn Right towards the Waterfront. At the traffic circle (+- 150m), take the second exit into West Quay road, direction Cape Grace
The Second office block on your left hand side is Mind Pearl House.
Village and Life reception is situated in office 4 on the ground floor.
