Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within 14 to 8 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 50% of the contracted cost of the accommodation for the full period. Cancellations made within 7 to 1 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 80% of the contracted cost of the accommodation for the full period. Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be charged 90% of the contracted cost of the accommodation for the full period. All no show charges will be charged at 90% of the contracted cost of the accommodation for the full period.
From the airport: Take the N2 to Cape Town. Follow the signs to M3 Muizenberg. Follow the M3 past the University of Cape town and past Newlands Forest. Go straight through the first set of traffic lights. Keep in left lane. When you see the Shell Garage (Paradise Motors) keep left and follow the road to Claremont. At the traffic circle, take the first turning left (to Claremont - Protea Road), 300 metres on the left is the Vineyard Hotel. Where the road forks, take the left fork in front of the cricket oval into Colinton Road. The hotel is on your left.
