The house is designed around a natural bowl which frames the view and orientates the house. As you enter the double volume entrance your eye is drawn across a 25m rim flow pool to the sea and sky beyond. The home is a veritable green house and benefits from being largely off the grid.
Every room has a magnificent view of the Indian Ocean allowing visitors to watch whales in season and dolphins frolic in the sea. The rooms are beautifully decorated with clean, simple lines but remain comfortable and inviting. There is glass on three sides of every room allowing maximum light and ventilation. Each rooms has an en-suite bathroom, private deck, air-conditioning and a tea/coffee station.
The pool is a 25 metre masterpiece of tranquility and reflection. Suspended above the ground it is an ideal place to cool off after a long, hot summer day. Parking – we have 7 undercover parking bays, 3 lounge spaces (Relax in one of the 3 lounge areas at the main lounge, Verandah or upstairs double volume lounge). This is a greenhouse with off grid photovoltaic panels and wind turbine charging batteries which give 24x7 power. The glazed walls not only bring in beautiful light and view, but ensures a proven quality to uplift the soul and further kills bacteria. Water storage harvesting is maximised with 30000L of storage capacity. All water including the Municipal feed is filtered including a UV system so know that every glass of water or shower is purified water. The genuine Pod Mahogany timber flooring comes from a green registered project in Mozambique. Further, offcuts from the timber have been utilised to create screens and ensure wastage is reduced to a minimum in the building phase. All spaces include wrap around verandahs / balconies which provide shading over the glass and create an indoor-outdoor lifestyle.

From the King Shaka airport go North on the N2. Take the Ballito off ramp. Turn right over the bridge and keep going straight through 4 robots, 2 turning circles, past the Kentucky on your left. Half way down the hill there will be a Caltex Garage on your right, thereafter first right into Elizabeth road, then first right into Ellis road, then first right into Townsend road.
