The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan living and dining area, ceiling fans in all rooms, fast Wi-Fi, and ample cupboard space. There is a private balcony with a built-in braai that completes the apartment, and guests can enjoy sunsets and mountain views.
There is a swimming pool within the complex, for guests staying at the Meadows complex only.

Use of Facilities: Guests are welcome to use the communal facilities of The Meadows, such as the swimming pool and recreational areas. However, these facilities are used at your own risk, and the host and Body Corporate are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur.
Noise and Disturbance: Please be mindful of other residents in the complex. Excessive noise and disturbances are not permitted. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in penalties or eviction.

Security: While The Meadows takes reasonable steps to ensure the security of its residents, guests should take standard precautions to protect their personal safety and property. Lock all doors and windows when leaving the unit and use the security measures provided.
Additional Charges: Any additional charges incurred during your stay, such as for cleaning, damages, or special requests, will be billed to the guest accordingly.
