The Haven accommodates up to four guests, or six with a sleeper couch, and offers two comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom, an inviting lounge, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, making it ideal for smaller families or groups. Terms and House Rules
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the following Terms and House Rules. These conditions are in place to ensure the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all guests.
Occupancy:
* Only the number of guests included in the confirmed booking may stay on the property. Additional visitors or overnight guests are not permitted without prior written approval from management.
Noise and Conduct:
* Quiet hours are observed between 22h00 and 07h00.
* Parties, events, excessive noise and behaviour that may disturb other guests or neighbouring properties are not permitted.
Smoking:
* Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all accommodation units.
* Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Cigarette butts must be disposed of responsibly.
Property Care:
* Guests are expected to treat the accommodation, furnishings and facilities with care and respect.
* Any damage, breakages or maintenance issues must be reported to management as soon as possible.
* Guests may be held liable for the cost of repairing or replacing any damage resulting from negligence, misuse or intentional acts.
Children and Pool Safety:
* Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times, particularly around the swimming pool, braai area and all outdoor spaces.
* Guests use the swimming pool and all property facilities entirely at their own risk and must comply with any safety notices displayed on the property.
Wildlife and Natural Environment:
* The property is situated in a natural environment where wildlife may be present.
* Guests must not feed or approach monkeys or any other wildlife.
* Doors and windows should be kept closed when not in use to prevent animals from entering the accommodation.
* Guests should exercise caution when moving around outdoor areas and supervise children at all times.
Self-Catering and Housekeeping:
* This is a self-catering establishment. A starter supply of essential items is provided for your convenience. Guests are responsible for any additional groceries, toiletries, cleaning products and personal items required during their stay.
* Housekeeping is provided during the property’s scheduled service hours. If access to the unit is unavailable during these hours, the unit may not be serviced that day.
* Bath towels are provided for use inside the accommodation only and may not be used at the pool or beach.
Cleanliness:
* Guests are requested to keep the accommodation reasonably clean and tidy throughout their stay.
* Rubbish must be disposed of in the designated bins.
* Sanitary products, wet wipes and other foreign objects must not be flushed down the toilets.
Liability:
* Guests occupy and use the accommodation and all facilities at their own risk.
* Management accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, injury or accidents occurring on the property, except where required by applicable law.
