30 days or more before arrival: 10% of the deposit will be forfeited.
21 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.
14 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.
7 days or less before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be forfeited.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed accordingly.

* Check-in time is until 17h00.
* The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
* The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.

Lombard Manor warmly welcomes children and strives to accommodate families comfortably during their stay
Children aged 0–4 years: Stay free of charge when sharing with a parent or guardian.
Children aged 5–18 years: Charged at 50% of the sharing rate when staying in the same room as an adult.
1 Adult + 1 Child: Charged at the full adult sharing rate plus the applicable child rate.
Please note that child rates apply when sharing existing bedding. Additional arrangements or specific room allocations may be subject to availability and prior arrangement.
