* Full payment (or as required by the booking platform) is due to confirm your reservation.
* Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
* Bookings are non-transferable without prior consent.
3. Cancellation Policy:
* Cancellations and refunds are subject to the policy of the platform used (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com).
* Direct bookings: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations within 14 days are charged/forfeited in full.
4. Check-in & Check-out:

5. Occupancy:
