Cancellation Policy:

- A deposit of 50% of the full value of the booking will be required to secure your reservation, the balance is payable on check-in.
- Bookings made within 7 days of arrival require full payment on booking.
- Bookings are confirmed on date of receipt of the deposit payment.
- The 50% deposit is forfeited when cancelled within 30 x days or less prior to arrival.
- Only written cancellations will be accepted.
- Refunds for cancelled bookings will be effected within 7 days of receipt of cancellation notice.
