The Grange Guest House is a gracious 1950`s mansion house with high ceilings and dark wooden floors. Being a house with a history (the 1st BnB in Durban North), no rooms are alike, but whether cosy and comfortable or spacious and gracious, all rooms enjoy the same level of quality furnishings and state of the art bathrooms.
The Grange is perfectly situated in upper Durban North on a quiet street off the main road, just 500 metres away from the Broadway shopping area and restaurants. A 5 minute drive will take you to the rugby stadium and the stunning Moses Mabhida stadium.
10 minutes to the south will get you to the CBD, Ushaka marine world and the fun and beaches of Suncoast Casino. 10 minutes to the north you have the business parks of Umhlanga and La Lucia Ridge, the huge Gateway Theatre of Shopping and the beaches of Umhlanga Rocks.
uShaka Marine World in Durban, South Africa, the largest ocean park in Africa, boasts fresh and sea water attractions from shipwrecks to an aquarium and dolphinarium, from water slides to amusement parks, from adventure sport to fine dining and shopping. Ushaka and the Durban CBD are a 10 minute drive south from The Grange.

From King Shaka Airport:
- Take the N2 southbound (towards Durban city). Take the Kwa Mashu off ramp and turn left onto Chris Hani Road (formerly North Coast Road).
- Travel through 3 sets of robots (traffic lights) and turn left onto Blackburn Road at the 4th set. Follow Blackburn which becomes Kenneth Kaunda (formerly Northway) through two sets of robots.
- Just after the 2nd set of robots take the 1st turn right into Norfolk Place (the sign sayseNorfolk Place, to Monteith). Go straight up Norfolk to the crossroads of Norfolk and Grosvenor Crescent.
- You will see the Grange on the left hand corner. Go straight up to the first driveway on the left and you are at our gate.
