We do not have 24 hour reception services. Reception office close at 5h00pm on week days. Please inform us prior to your arrival date if you will be checking in late in order to assist you with the check in procedure. We need to give you the code of the main gate as well as inform you in which unit you will be staying.
We have braai facilities and provide wood, meat , bread and salad if required. We do not have a restaurant on the premises, but will gladly make you a reservation at one of the restaurants close to the guest house. If you want us to prepare you salad, bread and meat for a braai, please inform us before 12h00 on day of arrival in order for us to make the necessary preparations.
We are licensed and do sell wine, beer and cold drink. Please conatct the guest house for the barbeque options. We sell meat from the local butcher and prepare fresh salads on the premises. Please contact us on your day of arrival before 12h00 to communicate your dinner and drinks requirements.
We do have a gate at the main road that is closed for security purposes. Please contact the guest house on your day of arrival for the security code please.
All of our units are non-smoking. Ash trays to be found on each veranda. Please note that the guest house is situated on a working table grape farm, noices from trucks and tractors could be disturbing early in the morning and late afternoon.
Should your rate not include breakfast and you would like to make use of this service, please make booking at arrival or via email. Full English breakfast is served @ R150 per person additional to your rate if Room Only option was picked.
En-route to Augrabies Waterfalls on the R359, 2 km before you get to the gate of the Augrabies National Park. From Springbok or Kakamas/On N14 Turn onto the Augrabies road (R359) on your way to the Aurgabies Falls National Park. The Falls Guest House will be found on the left hand side of the road straight across the off-turn on the right hand side the National Park. Off N14 Take R359 towards Augrabies Falls.
