* Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 23h00 to ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbours. A noise monitoring device is installed in the house to help maintain acceptable noise levels. It does not record conversations.
* Visitors: Day visitors are permitted with prior approval. However, overnight visitors are not allowed unless authorised by management. Unauthorised overnight guests will incur additional charges and may result in the booking being terminated without a refund.
* Smoking Policy: This is a smoking-allowed property. Guests are requested to smoke responsibly and with care, especially when outdoors.
