Stilt Seven  -  Upon arrival, you are greeted by a house that radiates warmth, making you feel right at home.  The kitchen area is extensive and fully equipped to guarantee the best possible self-catering experience.  The kitchen leads out to a dining area with a picnic-style bench, comfortably seating up to six guests.

The living area is spacious, with more than enough seating to make for a suitable hub area. The indoor fireplace is guaranteed to keep you toasty while you utilise the Smart TV during those chilly evenings spent indoors. The backyard provides a tropical-style garden area with palm trees. This setting brings out the beauty of the stunning pool area, spacious lawn area and fire-pit area.

Stilt Seven can function as the ultimate summer home or a perfectly cosy winter retreat. The home comprises three spacious bedrooms with the inclusion of two bathrooms. The main bedroom and second bedroom each contain a queen-size bed, with the first bedroom having access to a private en-suite bathroom with a shower-over-bath. The third bedroom has a double bed and has access to the shared bathroom with the second bedroom. The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower. There is a guest toilet for quick access to all guests. The bedrooms are stylishly modern, with many subtle design cues to create character and ambience unique to each room.

-  Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, 20% of the deposit will be charged.
-  Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.

• R195 booking fee will be charged per booking.
• Rates are quoted per day.
• Advertised rates and minimum stays are seasonal.
• Departure Cleaning Fee will be charged per booking.
• Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a compulsory mid-stay clean with fresh linen; this will be an additional charge.
• A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s / management’s discretion.
