* We require a refundable breakage deposit of R1500 (Payable via EFT or Cash on Arrival). The deposit will be paid back after the inspection is completed within 7 working days.
* ID document and Booking Sheet (provided by the host) must be completed and submitted 24 hours before check-in.
* Mandatory Cleaning Fee of R650 is included.
* Outstanding Balance for bookings must be paid in full 7 days before arrival.
* Check-in after 19h00 and Check-out before 06h00 will be charged R100 (Payable Cash on Arrival).
* Additional cleaning services are available on request for your account.
* Long stay bookings (10 or more nights) attract a compulsory linen change on day 8 for an additional fee of R350 (payable on site).
* No smoking indoors.
* No pets permitted.

From Cape Town International Airport: - Exit Cape Town International Airport using Airport Approach Road and continue for 1.3 km. - Use the left lane to merge onto the N2 via the ramp to Somerset West, continuing for 600 m. - Proceed on the N2 for 25.5 km. - Take Exit 43 for R44/Broadway Boulevard towards Stellenbosch/Somerset West, continuing for 450 m. - Turn right onto Broadway Boulevard/R44 and continue for 1.8 km. - Turn right onto Beach Road/Coast Road, following Coast Road for 1.1 km. - Continue straight onto Beach Road for an additional 600 m. - Turn left onto Woltemade Street. - The St Tropez complex will be on the right-hand side at 2 Woltemade Street, specifically unit 306.
