* To the extent permitted by law, St Francis Bay Escapes, the property owners and their representatives shall not be held liable for personal injury, accidents, illness, theft, loss of personal belongings, damage to personal property or incidents occurring within or around the property, including the estate, swimming pool, beach, harbour, parking areas, balconies, stairways and braai facilities.
* Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless St Francis Bay Escapes, the property owners and their representatives against claims arising from their own actions, negligence or failure to comply with the property's rules and safety requirements.
Damage and Loss Responsibility:
* Guests are responsible for any damage, breakages, missing items or excessive cleaning requirements resulting from their stay.
* The cost of repair, replacement or additional cleaning may be recovered from the guest through the booking platform used or from any security deposit held, where applicable.
House Rules:
* Quiet hours are from 22h00 to 08h00.
* No parties or events are permitted.
* No smoking is permitted inside the accommodation.
* Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
* No pets are allowed.
* Doors and windows must be locked when leaving the property.

Directions from Chief Dawid Stuurman International Airport:
1. Exit the airport and follow signs for Gqeberha / N2.
2. Join the N2 heading west towards Cape Town.
3. Continue on the N2 for approximately 80-90 km.
4. Take Exit 665 towards Humansdorp / St Francis Bay / Cape St Francis.
5. Turn left towards Humansdorp.
6. Drive through Humansdorp and follow the R330 towards St Francis Bay.
7. Continue into St Francis Bay and follow signs towards Port St Francis / Leighton Hullett Drive.
8. Turn onto Leighton Hullett Drive and continue towards Port St Francis. Port St Francis is a secure estate with one main entrance gate.
9. Upon arrival at the Port St Francis entrance gate, guests should proceed through the main gate and follow the estate access instructions provided by the host.
