- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

We currently do NOT accept credit card payments – Only EFT’s. Deposit Payments are to be made no later than 48 hours after booking. A refundable “Breakages & Cleaning Deposit” of R2500.00 is applied to all booking. Booking Enquiries can only be held for a maximum duration of 48 hours. No Parties Allowed – Respect the tranquil and quiet neighbourhood. No Loud Music. Pets are not allowed to sleep on couches or beds. Familiarize ones self with detailed TC’s on website and booking forms.
