Cancellation Policy:

Payment should be made within 48 hours after making the booking, failing which it will then be cancelled.

-  If cancelling 10 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
-  If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
-  If cancelling 31 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.

There is a additional charge of R220.00 once off conservation fee per vehicle that is charge separately. Full payment needs to be made within 48 hours from when you made the booking or it will be automatically cancelled. Check-in from 15:00 onward. Check-out from 08:00 to 10:00 Please note as per Covid Protocol no cleaning will be taking place, only arrival and departure clean. We count children from the age of 2 upwards as a person, so they form part of the amount of people per unit. No loud music is allowed, no moving of cutlery, crockery, bedding, etc is allowed to be moved between units as each unit has a different owner. No functions are allowed at the units. To ensure your safety and fast processing on arrival, we have implemented a digital registration solution in compliance with Government’s COVID-19 regulations. We therefore kindly request that every person visiting Sondela completes the pre-screen process within the 24-hours immediately prior to their estimated time of arrival, by visiting https://www.getqrcode.co.za On completion of this online form, please print the QR code for each person in your party (including children) and present them at the gate on arrival. NB: The QR code is only valid for 24 hours. You must therefore please ensure that you the screening form is only completed the day before your arrival, otherwise the QR code will not be valid.

(N1 is a Toll Road). * Continure on the N1 past Pretoria and the Carousel. * Take the Bela-Bela / Settlers off-ramp (exit 238) and turn right towards Settlers. * Continue on this road for 1.5km until you reach our Main Gate on the left hand side. From Polokwane: * Take the N1 South to Pretoria / Gauteng. (N1 is a Toll Road). Continue on the N1 past Kranskop Toll Plaza. * Take the 1st Bela-Bela / Settlers off-ramp (Exit 238) and turn left towards Settlers. * Continue on this road for 1.5km until you reach our Main Gate on the left hand side
