Thanks to the open-plan design, there is an effortless flow from the kitchen to a dining area, lounge and garden at Sir David Baird 22.  A notable highlight of this incredible home is the indoor entertainment area consisting of wraparound windows instead of walls, an indoor swimming pool, a dining area and a gas braai/BBQ, ensuring good times no matter the weather.

This Villa is equipped with an inverter incase of load shedding to keep both the TV and WIFI running.

Ground floor contains and indoor swimming pool and BBQ grill area which leads to the garden.  Two bedrooms (of which one is en suite) and 2 bathrooms.  An open plan lounge (with TV) 10-seater dining area and fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove.

Middle floor contains a spacious open plan lounge (with TV) dining area and another fully equipped kitchen with a view of the swimming pool.  Three bedrooms of which two are en suite a guest bathroom.

Top floor contains a spacious lounge area with magnificent views of the ocean, Table Mountain and Robben Island.  Library and another family TV.

The house consists of 5 bedrooms, capable of comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests.  Each bedroom has a unique style that complements the home’s overall soothing aesthetic.  Three of the five bedrooms have a king bed, while the other two have queen-size beds.  Three bedrooms have a spacious en-suite bathroom, with the two bedrooms accessing the two home’s shared bathrooms.
