Seagull Villa - Booking Policies
1. Reservation & Payment
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as specified at the time of reservation.
Remaining balance (if any) must be paid at least 2 days before check-in or by the due date stated in the confirmation.
Failure to make payment on time may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time: 14:00 to 18:00 unless otherwise arranged.
Check-out time: On or before 10:00 AM to allow for cleaning and preparation for incoming guests.
Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 2 days or more before arrival: full refund.
Cancellations made +12 Hours - 48 hours before arrival: 50% refund.
Cancellations made 12 hours or less before arrival: no refund.
No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
4. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required upon check-in.
The deposit is returned after check-out inspection, provided no damage, loss, or excessive cleaning is required.
5. Occupancy & Visitors
Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to the number stated in the booking.
Additional guests or visitors must be approved in advance and may incur extra charges.
Parties or events are not permitted unless specifically arranged with management.
6. House Rules
Guests must comply with the villa’s rules regarding the respectful use of the property.
Quiet hours apply after 22:00 (10 PM).
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Bring along your furry companions, subject to a one-time R250.00 deep-cleaning fee per pet.
7. Damage & Loss
Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the villa, furnishings, or amenities caused during their stay.
Missing items or broken appliances due to misuse will be charged accordingly.
8. Safety & Liability
Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
Seagull Villa is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during the stay.
Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the pool or outdoor areas (if applicable).
9. Use of Amenities
All facilities - including pool, garden, kitchen, and outdoor spaces must be used responsibly.
Towel and linen changes occur according to the villa’s housekeeping schedule unless otherwise arranged.
10. Right to Refuse Service
The management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund for guests who violate villa policies, engage in illegal activities, or disrupt the peace.
The villa is family friendly and generally welcomes children of all ages. Large groups, family holidays and multi?generation stays are part of our core offering, so children are typically allowed.

Children welcome and can stay as part of the 14 guest maximum
Adult supervision required around the swimming pool and near beach access
No extra child beds – only baby cots can be arranged when pre-booked
Infants are not counted as guests unless stated otherwise
