We had an enjoyable stay at Sani Pass Hotel and there was plenty to do at Sani Pass.
For a old establishment such as Sani pass hotel, it is sad to see that there is a lack of attention to detail. We organised the trip for an overseas visitor who was quite surprised that; - The manager was never seen. - We were not shown to our rooms. - There was no hot water in the morning for our showers. - The quality of meals both dinner and breakfast was dismal and most of the food was lukewarm at best. - Most of the waiters appeared disinterested in service. - On check-out the staff seemed equally disinterested in the fact that we had no hot water. Overall it was a sad reflection of Berg hospitality and difficult to consider a revisit.
A wonderful experience with good food service and a beautiful setting. Will definitely be highly recommended.
Nice place, great atmosphere and relaxing. Would recommend it and will certainly return.
