Featuring a garden, Rozenhof Guest Cottages is located in George, not far from Tres Chic Health club and SA Police Training College. All units are equipped with a flat-screen television and a fully equipped kitchenette with a a microwave and coffee machine. A toaster and kettle are also provided.

All units are self-catering (we do not serve meals on the property) and self-contained (supplied with fresh towels and lovely linen). Rooms are not serviced, apart from long stay guests of 7 days or longer when we service once a week. Fresh towels are supplied every 3rd day or on request. The units are fitted with cleaning and ironing facilities.
We offer safe off the street parking.
Aubergine, is our latest unit, a deluxe studio open plan unit with a queen size bed, lounge area and small kitchenette. We offer a self-catering kitchenette with a breakfast counter. The kitchen offers a fridge, induction plate and microwave, coffee plunger as well crockery and cutlery. Units are fitted with flat screen TVs and select hotel range DSTV channels. The bathroom offers a bath and a shower. The unit has a lovely private patio and a communal braai area.
Chilli, one of our 2 deluxe cottages is an open plan unit with a king size bed and lounge area offering a large comfy couch. We offer a self-catering kitchenette with a breakfast counter. The kitchen offers a fridge, induction plate and microwave, coffee maker as well crockery and cutlery. Units are fitted with flat screen TVs and select hotel range DSTV channels. The bathrooms offers a bath and a shower. The unit has a lovely private patio facilities and a communal braai area.
Mint, one of our 2 deluxe cottages is an open plan unit with a king size bed, lounge area and small dining room. We offer a self-catering kitchenette with a breakfast counter. The kitchen offers a fridge, induction plate and microwave, coffee maker as well crockery and cutlery. Units are fitted with flat screen TVs and select hotel range DSTV channels. The bathrooms offers a bath and a shower. The unit has private patio facilities and a communal braai area.
Tangerine, our mini apartment/ bedsitter is ideal for the single traveler or an over-night couple. The unit offers a bedroom with a double bed, flat screen TV and select DSTV channels as well as an adjoining kitchenette offering a fridge, induction plate, microwave, coffee maker and crockery and cutlery. The en-suite bathroom offers a shower only. The unit has a lovely patio facilities at the back and a communal braai area.
- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

Covid 19: Only when the President announces a ban on intertown/interprovincial travel will bookings be refunded.
No cancellation for bookings during year-end school holidays will be accepted after the 1st November 2021. The balance of the outstanding amount is due on 1 November 2021. Also note that a 10 % admin fee on the full amount will be charged on any cancellations prior to 1 November 2021.
All cancellations within 14 days of the date of the booking will be non-refundable and is due for payment.
