Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Each stay includes a daily breakfast, along with 24/7 reception and a concierge service ready to assist with restaurant reservations, local recommendations, and activity bookings. For special occasions, we love adding a personal touch with in-room arrangements such as flowers, cakes, and celebratory drinks. Porterage and luggage assistance are available, and guests enjoy the reassurance of night reception and patrolling neighbourhood security. Should you wish, we are also happy to assist with safe and easy returns from nearby restaurants after an evening out. Parking options include on-street parking, as well as limited gated parking, subject to availability. Additional services can be arranged on request at an extra charge, including airport transfers, laundry service, and a selection of beverages. Please note that the property does not have an elevator; however, porterage assistance is always available. Rouge on Rose welcomes guests aged 12 years and older and is a non-smoking property.

- A 50% deposit is required to secure reservations of 2 nights or more.
- A 100% deposit is required to secure a 1-night booking.
- A refund and waiver of our cancellation policy are at the discretion of the management.
- All payments must be made in South African Rands (ZAR) directly to us.
- Should payment not be timeously received, Rouge on Rose Boutique Hotel reserves the right to automatically cancel the reserved accommodation and at the same time reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept further bookings.
Whether you have arrived by plane, port, train, or bus, a comfortable, fast, safe, and affordable way to get to us is by using Uber. If you do not yet have the app on your phone, we suggest downloading it before your arrival. The airport offers free WiFi, so ordering an Uber should be easy. Please ensure you only ride with cars booked via the app. Alternatively, we recommend Unicab Taxis (021 447 9003), or we can arrange an airport shuttle for you at an additional fee.
For self-drive from Cape Town International Airport:
- Take the N2 towards Cape Town.
- When the highway merges, keep right to continue on Nelson Mandela Blvd/N2.
- Following signs for Cape Town N/Waterfront/CTICC.
- Continue onto Buitengracht St/M62 (700 m).
- Turn right onto Strand St (110 m).
- Turn left at the second cross street onto Rose St.
- The destination will be on the left (130 m).
