The guest will be held liable for any damage to guest house property fixtures and fittings. While every endeavour is made to give you the room of your choice- we reserve the right to change to an alternative if this should become be necessary.
Any person not registered to stay the night without prior arrangement will be charged a full single rate, such charge being added to the registered guests account. No smoking is permitted in the rooms- there are designated areas for this. Tiled surfaces may be slippery in humid or wet weather - guests are required to exercise caution when walking on tiles.
Booking In time from 14:00 to 20:00 Arrivals outside these times by prior arrangement with owner. Booking Out time 10:00 on day of departure. Roseland House will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by third parties on the property - guests are cautioned to ensure that valuables are removed from the vehicles.
