Each lovingly restored cottage is fully equiped, containing lounge, dining room, kitchen and bedroom, with extra’s like DSTV, braai facilities & rim-flow pool set at the edge of a large patio area for outside living. All cottages are serviced daily.
In Room Facilities:
All linen, crochery, cutlery, DSTV, microwave and hotwater bottles for the cold winter nights.

Three braai areas. Large lawns. Pool. Picnic under our oaks.

The barn is a large Apartment with a queen size En suite bedroom upstairs on mezzanine. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sitting room with a large fireplace, large sun room overlooking the vines and the mountains beyond.
This exclusive little hideaway boasts its own private pool and deck. This lovingly converted stable sleep 4 comfortably in 2 bedrooms (one queen, one twin), each en-suite, both with separate bath and shower. Fully equipped, with fireplace and DSTV.
Downstairs is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, queen bed plus one single bed. Both bathrooms have separate bath and shower. Upstairs on the mezzanine floor are twin beds with bathroom. Own pool and BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen.
If cancelling 13 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
Drive through Franschhoek village along Huguenot Road. You’ll come to a T-junction, where the Huguenot Monument is situated. Turn right, and then take the second left into Verdun Road. The entrance to Rose Cottage is half km up the road. Press No. 5 on the buzzer and we will let you in. Stop at the winebarrel marked Reception and we will come out to direct you to your cottage.
