The room had everything we needed but the design of the kitchen area was very tricky to use - there was very limited surface area to prepare anything and this reduces it from excellent to very good. The owners are VERY welcoming and friendly and the children had a great time running around playing tennis etc. The room was warm and cosy so when the temps drop to -7 you do not feel it at all with the use of electric blankets and heaters.

A very nice cottage, set in a beautiful garden. Comfortably furnished. The only drawback is that the shower needs a bit more volume!

We enjoyed our stay at Rietpoort Game and Guest Farm although it was a very short stay and we did not make use of the facilities, e.g. tennis court, game drives.
The room was very pleasant well equipped. The breakfast was great. I would like to go back again and explore the area and go on a game drive. Hopefully next time we won't be in a hurry.

Great hospitality and food is good "boerekos". The rooms are tired looking and the heavy, large furniture makes one feel a bit claustrophobic.
