- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.

1 No loud Noise, Social Gatherings, House parties or events are allowed. A social gathering in this
context is considered to be 7 guests or more;
2 The house holds a maximum of six (6) people at any given time. This means that if the maximum
capacity of six guests has been reached, you may not have any additional day visitors;
3 Day visitors are allowed as long as the total number of people on the property does not exceed
six (6) at any given time. all day visitors are to leave by 19H00;
4 Quiet hours are from 20H00 to 08H00
5 Maximum of two (2) cars allowed on the property, No Street parking is allowed.
6 You may not book the House on behalf of a third person unless this has been disclosed and
consented to upfront. The third party’s full details and proof of identification will need to be
provided.
7 No smoking inside the property
8 Breakage deposit is to be paid prior to check-in. keys will not be left in the lock box without
payment of the same. Deposit will be refunded within 5 business days of check-out after inspection has been conducted and no damage or breakages has been found.
9 Check-out is no later than 10H00. The house is to be left in a neat and tidy state free from dirty dishes as per check-in.
Failure to abide by the aforesaid rules in clause 1 may result in the immediate cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of any amount paid in lieu of the booking.
Cleaning - Guests may book a cleaning service during their stay at an additional cost of R350 per clean.
