Radium Hall Guest House is set on the slopes of Cape Town`s Lion`s Head, with breathtaking views of Table Mountain. This newly created modern home is stylishly decorated, blending blending simple modern architecture with beautiful old antique furniture from the colonial days and touches of Africa.

Radium Hall is ideally situated in Tamboerskloof: 5 minutes from Cape Town city center, Waterfront, and other Historic Sites. Table Mountain and the start of numerous mountain walks are only a stones throw away. You`ll be within easy and safe walking distance of buzzing Kloof and Long Streets with their many popular restaurants, cafe`s, bistros, pubs and nightclubs.

The guesthouse was established more than 10 years ago and is run by an energetic “people’s person” who goes out of her way to roll out the red carpet for her guests. Margie and her son Jamin will roll out the red carpet for all there guests and dazzele them with there charm and hospitality, revealing all of Cape Towns secerets over a good glass of wine overlooking there magic views of Cape Town. Both Margie and Jamin are qualified tour guides and can offer tailor made private toures to the Winelands, Cape Point even golfing trips, surf trips and nights out on the town.

Radium Hall offers large spacious rooms with high ceilings and comfortable en-suite bathrooms. In the blazing African summers the guesthouse is ideally situated under the cool shadow of Lion`s Head mountain, with Jacaranda trees making the rooms and property a refreshing cool oasis. This Edwardian home’s rooms are stylishly decorated in the lovely Cape Dutch antiques style, to transcend the guest back to a simpler life when Cape Town was just a little quite trading post in the Southern Ocean.

The beautiful rooms in the main house, ranging from our African room with solid wrought iron bed and zebra finishes that sleeps a whole family, to our Signal Hill room which is fully serviced, with crisp white cotton sheets, fluffy duvets and big white pillows. This accommodation is in a safe up market area with magnificent views, of Table Mountain. Our 2 outside cottages have private patios to soak up the sun in our lovely lush garden and will accommodate your every need and a peaceful sleep in Cape Town.

Health & Climate:

No health precautions, and the weather from September to April is fine and sunny, getting very hot during December and January, Febuary. From May it gets colder and wetter with June & July being our coldest rainiest period. Winter ends in the middle of August.
