Owing to the nature
of our industry the following deposit and cancellation policy will apply to all
bookings. By checking in at Plattekloof Premium Lodge, it is deemed that the
guest has read and accepted these terms and conditions.
In the event of premature departure the full amount of the original booking will be charged. Late departures will not be permitted and will be charged at R90-00 for every half an hour. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate any pets.
Plattekloof Premium Lodge will have no services available on the following dates - the 25th December and 1st January - there will be no breakfast, housekeeping and reception services available. Please take note of the following: check-in times on 25th December and 1st January will be limited to 12:00 noon.
All late arrivals must be arranged prior to arrival to ensure a smooth check-in after office hours. Housekeeping services available Monday - Saturday only. No housekeeping services will be available on Sundays. While we make every effort to allocate you with the room of your choice, this cannot always be guaranteed. All rooms are non-smoking; smoking in the rooms will incur an R1200.00 special cleaning fee. Please consider other guests and keep the noise levels to a minimum after 9 pm.
Lost or damage key set shall incur a replacement fee of R1000.00 as it poses a security risk.

Our office hours
are from 07:00 am – 19:00 pm daily. Insurance cover for guests and their
personal effects is not provided by Plattekloof Premium Lodge. It’s an express
condition of your occupation or visit to these premises that the Proprietor is
not responsible for loss or damage to the person or property of any guest or
visitor brought upon the premises arising from fire, theft, or otherwise by
whomsoever caused or arising from the negligence or wrongful act caused by any animal
and or any person in the employee of the Proprietor. Guests are encouraged to
ensure adequate cover in place for all eventualities prior to their arrival and
to take the necessary care with personal items and equipment. All guests
or visitors, whether or not they occupy rooms, are deemed to contract with the
Proprietor on this basis. Guest/s whom attend this establishment at their own
risk. The proprietor and employee/s shall not be liable for and the guest/s
herby waives and abandon any claim of whatever nature including but limited to
that of theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature against the
proprietors default, negligence or otherwise.

2 or more nights: 50% deposit required to secure the reservation.
Cancellation 30+ days before arrival: No fee
Cancellation 8–14 days before arrival: 50% of total booking charged
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival: 100% of total booking charged
No-shows or premature departures: Charged in full
All rooms are non-smoking. A R1200.00 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside.
No pets are allowed on the premises.
Please be considerate of other guests – quiet time is from 21:00 (9 PM).

From Cape Town travelling on the N1 towards Paarl, take the Plattekloof off-ramp 18. At the traffic light make a left turn onto Plattekloof Road. Continue to the second traffic light at the Panorama Medi Clinic and make a right turn into Olienhout Avenue. You will pass the Plattekloof Shopping Centre. Take the first left into Silwerboom Avenue and again the second right into Suikerbos Crescent. Turn right into Waboom Cresent. We are on your right on the corner of Waboom and Buchu Close. Number 5.
