Piptide offers guests cosy self-catering accommodation in Bluff, Durban, within a 1 km walk of Brighton Beach and the tidal pool. Guests have a choice of comfortably furnished rooms that can accommodate 2 people each.
Three of the rooms each contain a double bed, and share the use of a bathroom that is fitted with a bath and hand-held shower and a toilet. The fourth room contains a queen-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, as well as a Jacuzzi on the private balcony. The multi-story Piptide offers guests a communal kitchen that is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, and a dining area, as well as a lounge.
The living area opens onto a shared terrace with braai facilities overlooking the ocean, and guests can cool down in the swimming pool. Parking is available as well as Wi-Fi access.

- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.

- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

* Guests booking the Queen Room have exclusive use of the Jacuzzi.
* Stairs provide access to sections of the accommodation.
We require a breakage deposit of R1000 to be paid to the property prior to check in date, this is refundable after 3 to 5 working days after checkout if all is in order depending on the condition of the facility.

Dispose of garbage in trash cans provided. Don’t do anything illegal on the premises. No smoking inside. Turn off air-con and lights when you leave the room. No pets allowed.
Please respect our neighbours. Please respect our noise curfew between 10pm to 8am. No parties or events allowed. Please enjoy your meals in the dining area. No open flames or candles. Damages exceeding the refundable breakage deposit amount will be billed to the guest. No unregistered guests/visitors allowed unless discussed with the host. Management has the right to reserve admission onto the property at any
time
Guests that break the house rules will be asked to politely refrain from
such, failing to do so may result in the guest being requested to leave the
property with no refund!!! Abiding by the house rules is of utmost importance as we value and
respect all our guests and we would expect the same courteous gesture
in return. On arrival a form is to be completed by all guests (personal info is
safeguarded by the POPI Act). By signing the form on arrival together with
your signature appended on the “Acceptance of the house rules” it is
understood that all terms and condition will be adhered to.
