Pezulu Tree House Lodge is a small, exclusive, owner run Tree House Game Lodge situated in the Limpopo province of South Africa, only forty minutes from Kruger National Park. It is the ideal place to escape from todays hectic world and enjoy the tranquility of the unspoilt African bush. Pezulu an unforgettable, unique bush experience.
The Lodge
The thatched main building of the lodge is entwined around a large Marula tree. It consists of a cosy lounge with pool table, dining area, reception with curio shop and a charming treetop bar.
The magnificent rock swimming pool is the perfect place to cool off during hot summer days. Relax on our comfortable pool lounges and hammocks.
Enjoy a sun downer from our superb lookout point while watching the African sunset over the stunning northern Drakensberg mountains. Or simply have a drink in the bar and reflect on the day passed in front of a blazing fire.
A delicious 3 course dinner (mix of South African and Continental) is served under the stars around a log fire in our beautiful boma. On request we organise private candle light dinners to celebrate a special event.

- Summer (Oct-April): Light neutral coloured clothing, warm clothing for game drives.
- Winter (May to Sept): Light neutral clothing for day wear, very warm clothing for evening/early morning also a warm insulated jacket for game drives.

The lodge comprising of 10 unique tree houses accommodating 37 people is intentionally small, to keep the experience personal for each guest.
Pezulu is built to celebrate its surroundings, each treehouse is built around a canopy of growing trees ensuring our unique accommodation fuses nature and comfort. Solid wooden walkways lead to your treehouse, and every unit has a spacious balcony for viewing herds of animals passing below.
