Cancellation Policy:
- If cancelling 15 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. - If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
Terms and Conditions
* We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of cancellations or other situations where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card. * Check-in: 14h00

* Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior arrangement.
* The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and remain on the property for the duration of the stay.
* Only the number of guests booked may occupy the apartment. Additional visitors require prior management approval.
* Pearly Shells is a family-friendly establishment. Parties, events and disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited.
* Guests are responsible for any loss, damage or excessive cleaning required during their stay.
* No smoking is permitted inside the apartments. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas or on balconies with consideration for neighbouring guests.
* Pets are not permitted, only service dogs with prior written approval from management.
* Guests must comply with all safety notices and property rules when using the swimming pool, games room, braai facilities and other communal areas.
* Reception is open during office hours. After-hours assistance is available through the on-duty watchman/ security or caretaker(for emergencies).
* Daily servicing is provided Monday to Saturday. On Sundays and Public Holidays only refuse removal is provided.
* Management reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a stay without refund where guests breach these conditions or disturb other guests.
* Please treat the apartment/s and communal facilities with respect. Any intentional damage, excessive cleaning or missing items may be charged to the guest responsible.
* For EFT payments, funds must reflect in our bank account prior to arrival. Proof of payment does not guarantee immediate clearance, and check-in will only be permitted once funds have reflected in our account
* Compulsory Breakage fee:

From King Shaka International Airport (±90 km | ±1 hour 15 minutes)
1. Exit King Shaka International Airport and follow signs to the N2 South towards Durban.
2. Continue on the N2 South towards Port Shepstone.
3. Stay on the N2 for approximately 75 km.
4. Take the Scottburgh (R102) off-ramp.
5. Turn left towards Scottburgh and continue into the town centre.
6. Follow the road until you reach Williamson Street.
7. Turn into Williamson Street and continue to No. 180.
8. Pearly Shells will be on your left-hand side.
