A 50% deposit of the cost of the entire stay is required to confirm a booking. The booking is only valid once the confirmation form has been completed and signed. On departure extras should be settled. Last minute cancellations, no shows, or early departures are liable for the total cost of the entire stay. Cancellations: Same day cancellation - non refundable Cancellations within 7 days before arrival, will be liable for full payment The full deposit (50%) will be forfeited for cancellations made 14 to 30 days prior to arrival date Cancellations 30 days or more prior to arrival - deposit fully refundable.

Exit out of the airport
Go around the traffic circle to the right into Allister Millar Road
Keep straight all the way until you see a signboard that says Strandfontein Road
Turn right into Strandfontein Road.
Keep straight along Strandfontein Road, passing over the Traffic lights with petrol station on your right until you reach the second traffic circle
The road will branch off to the left into Admiralty Way
Keep straight down Admiralty Way until you reach the stop street at the very bottom of the road
Turn left into Marine Drive
Keep straight with Marine Drive until you reach the 3rd street to your left after 11th Ave - Scarborough Street (between 10th and 11th avenue.)
Turn left into Scarborough Street
We are the 2nd house on your left hand side

On entering Port Elizabeth along the N2, take the M4 Settlers Way/Settlarsweg turnoff
Keep along the M4 following all the signboards that have Summerstrand on them
The freeway will come to an end, keep straight ahead
Next signboard will say M4/Humewood and Beach. Keep to this signboard
You will then travel along our main beachfront (known as Marine Drive) until you reach Scarborough Street to your right (between 10th and 11th avenue.)
Turn right into Scarborough Street
